Skills assessment and; Ability to work shift work and rotating schedules; including daily and weekend overtime and call-outs for repairs and break down situations to limit downtime, preventative maintenance tasks, and root cause analysis. Dismantle, assemble or fabricate general equipment (i.e. mills, pulverizers, conveyors, crushers, rotating equipment with belts, chains, fan housings, blowers, motors, etc.).
