Lead project control’s team with responsibilities for program cost and forecasting models to ensure timely reporting to internal and external stakeholders; Master program schedule and reporting that aligns with Amtrak requirements and third-party obligations; quality control to ensure accuracy of all program control artifacts submitted to Amtrak, FRA, NJ TRANSIT, and other partners; Risk management to integrate risk exposure into cost and schedule forecasts; Document control lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, integrity, archiving compliance, and workflow efficiency. The Manager Project Controls is responsible for planning, directing and leading a team in support of Project Controls’ requirements for major infrastructure projects including planning, directing, and executing all program-level cost control, forecasting, schedule oversight, performance reporting, and document management activities.
