Work in an assigned DRM Arby's restaurant location for a minimum of six (6) months to gain hands-on operational experience and demonstrate proficiency in restaurant leadership, guest service, staffing, training, financial performance, and operational systems. PURPOSE: To effectively lead Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to provide exceptional guest service and grow sales and attain profit goals, working within the framework and expectations of DRM values and policies.
