Position Description: The Accounting Manager - General Ledger will oversee and execute day-to-day general ledger activities, support accounts payable/receivable and billing processes, manage payroll and benefits administration, prepare audit-ready financial reports and reconciliations, and collaborate across departments to maintain financial data integrity. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented accounting professional with strong expertise in Deltek Costpoint, government contracting (GovCon) accounting under FAR and DCAA guidelines, and experience supporting month-end close, payroll, billing, and financial reporting.
