Plan and conduct appropriate non-clinical pharmacological studies, including animal studies, necessary to advance oncology projects, such as target identification, selection of drug candidates, confirmation of MOA, estimation of human dose, and exploration of combination drugs, under the guidance of the manager and team leader. Work in a team-oriented laboratory environment under the guidance of the manager and team leader, within cross-functional research teams (product creation, pharmacokinetics, safety, CMC, etc.) and other internal/external collaborators/stakeholders.
