Familiarity with, and an understanding of, privacy and cybersecurity laws governing the use of personal information, data breach issues, intellectual property infringement indemnification, data protection provisions and terminology, HIPAA, cloud- based server issues, and general liability principles. The position requires the following, but is not limited to: Draft, review, and revise proposed vendor contract language and provisions to ensure the company is receiving appropriate legal, cybersecurity, data privacy, and confidentiality protections.
