To be successful as a Vice President, Markets Lawyer -Prime Brokerage & Fixed Income Financing, you should have: Experience with fixed income financing, including repo and sponsored (cleared) repo, and fixed income prime brokerage clearing. You will act as a trusted advisor within the Markets Legal team, providing expert guidance across fixed income financing activities, including repo and sponsored repo, prime brokerage and futures and clearing.
