This person should be comfortable leading OCM resources, partnering with business and IT leaders, managing consulting resources, and driving alignment across program teams, vendor partners, and impacted stakeholder groups. The strongest candidates will bring a combination of enterprise change leadership, communications strategy, stakeholder management, readiness measurement, people leadership, and transformation program experience.
