JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations (including diagnosis and repair of production lines and systems, mechanical and electrical circuitry, prevention of food safety and quality problems, minor repairs to building and plumbing) . Core responsibilities include managing day-to-day maintenance operations, developing and implementing maintenance procedures, coordinating repair activities, and ensuring optimal performance of machinery and infrastructure.
