Working in our Youth Behavioral Health Urgent Care (YBHUC) center, you'll help ensure youth in rural communities receive timely, person-centered, and trauma-informed support—without unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement. As a Crisis Clinician – Youth , (Internal Title: Triage Clinician) you’ll be at the front lines of care, conducting assessments, supporting youth aged 5–17, and guiding them toward stabilization and healing.
