5+ years progressive manufacturing experience in weld fabrication, machining, pressure vessel, or ASME-regulated job shop environments, including 2+ years in a supervisory/production leadership role (preferred). Lead production personnel (e.g., welders, machinists, fitters, assemblers, and production leads) while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, productivity, and schedule performance.
