Capture, analyze, decompose, and trace system requirements • Design, develop, and model systems and sub-systems • Develop and verify test procedures at the system and sub-system levels • Plan project level work and meet schedule, cost, and performance goals • Manage program technical risks by evaluating requirements and design aspects • Interact with a cross-functional team of (including, but not limited to) Engineers, Engineering leaders, Program Managers, Business Developers, Finance, Quality, and Production • Represent Systems engineering team at internal and external stakeholder meetings Qualifications YOU must have: • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree (Masters) in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. • Experience developing, decomposing, and deriving system/sub-system requirements • Experience with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) concepts and tools • Experience in system/sub-system design definition Qualifications We prefer: • VLF, LF, HF, V/UHF, and/or MILSATCOM • SysML implementation via Cameo/MagicDraw/Rhapsody • DOORS • Agile development • Earned Value Management (EVM) • Communication with external stakeholders • Bids, proposals, and pursuits • Peer review, configuration, and change management processes
