Mentor and train more associate level project managers, project engineers, and/or co-op studentsMinimum Education & Experience RequirementsThis is a multi-track base requirement job; education and experience requirements can be satisfied through one of the following three options: Master's or bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, construction management, project management, or business/management and 6 years of project management experience inclusive of 2 years with large scale construction or utility project related experience, with 6 months of project management experience in renewable energy such as wind, solar, and energy storage capital projects. Associate degree in engineering, engineering technology, architecture/technical design, project management, business/management, construction management, or construction technology and 8 years of related project management experience inclusive of 2 years with large scale construction or utility project related experience, with 6 months of project management experience in renewable energy such as wind, solar, and energy storage capital projects.

Must have knowledge of utility and power plant mechanical and electrical equipment, including chillers motors, pumps, fluid systems, chemical handling, wastewater treatment systems, centrifugal air compressors, AC and DC electrical distribution and control systems, etc. and associated maintenance functions to provide for the following: Ability to learn and become proficient in all site specific systems and subsystems . Knowledge of and experience in mechanical maintenance, rigging, rotating machine repair, fabrication, machine alignment, basic vibration analysis, and using electrical test equipment Knowledge of chemistry and power plant chemical applications Ability to operate valves, switches, controls, keyboards, and other devices associated with power plants .
