May be asked to train and mentor more associate project managers. Uses formal project management methods to coordinate project team activities including defining the scope of work, scheduling, estimating and engineering. Manage costs and change control procedures and ensure project close-out and documentation processes are complete. Types of projects include solar, wind, and energy storage, with hands-on construction assignments in collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
