This architect will be responsible for designs supporting the articulated strategic architectural capabilities which include: Smart App automated provisioning and updates using Terraform; Designs that use a Service Now hosted Assure BPM Toolkit capable of supporting multiple Smart Apps in the same Service Now instance; Designs must be constructed to be multi-tenant and secure; AI must be leveraged wherever possible; Designs must leverage Assures unified architecture with all its layers (orchestration, Assure Cloud, and insurance services). The architect collaborates closely with solution architects, user experience designers, engineering scrum teams, customer delivery staff, and third-party partners to deliver modern, AI-enabled insurance applications that drive value and accelerate digital transformation for insurers globally.
