You will drive improvements in Quality Notification (QN) management, Management of Change (MOC), Product Change Notifications (PCNs), labeling compliance, Certificate of Analysis (CoA) processes, and hardware-related quality performance while partnering closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams. Through the application of risk-based thinking, statistical analysis, structured problem solving, and quality system leadership, you will improve investigation timeliness, reduce process backlogs, strengthen corrective action effectiveness, and implement sustainable solutions that support Burnet's growth strategy and operational excellence objectives.
