Foot Locker Corporate Office - NY 1 Penn Plaza, Suite 3200 New York, NY 10119 Responsibilities Build and manage partner brand relationships; be a go-to leader who can create clear and actionable solutions and drive confidence Lead the development of annual planning for select partner brands, ensuring the plan meets goals and sales targets; track and optimize the program to maximize results Have a strong ability to use and leverage data to develop Foot Locker insight-led ideas, collaborations, and activations to populate plans and drive demand Apply critical and strategic thinking to develop program briefs to enable cross-functional execution; develop strong Go-To-Market plans, recap all programs taking on learnings; manage programs and tasks end-to-end Fiscally manage contributions into Foot Locker and Kids Foot Locker marketing Follow defined brand partner and end-to-end processes Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with Project Management, Marketing, Creative, Product and Merchant teams to develop and maximize growth opportunities with brand partners Collaborate cross-functionally across the full Marketing suite including Creative, Product and Merchant teams to develop and maximize growth opportunities with brand partners Set campaign goals and KPIs; analyze and package program results and key takeaways Manage one direct report, manager level Support Partner Marketing function as team evolves Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Minimum of 5 years marketing experience within multi-vendor retail environment Proven history of driving successful and measurable campaigns and programs Confident manager and problem-solver with ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Strong communication, organization and account management skills Ability to lead, inspire teams Minimum of 1 year experience as a people manager Experience managing budgets Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing strategies, including digital, transitional, and emerging media Passionate about sneakers, sneaker culture and/or the retail industry Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Presentation software experience especially in PowerPoint; Keynote a plus Knowledge of AirTable, or similar management system helpful Proficient in data analysis and campaign performance tools (e.g; Google Analytics, CRM systems) At Foot Locker, we value innovation, authenticity, and integrity in all that we do.
