Purpose of the position Responsible for design, maintenance, optimization, and quality inspection of fixtures for SMT production line (Surface Mount Technology, consumer electronics industry).Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure fixture reliability, improve yield, and improve fixture usage efficiency, reassuring PCB functionality during the SMT production process. 3.New fixture IQC (incoming quality control)Develop and implement SOPs for IQC procedures to validate samples from new vendors in order to meet the specification requirements for production.4.Fixture diagnose and repair: ensure fixture performance, reduce maintenance costs, and prevent production down time.
