The Director must be capable of evaluating existing data pipelines, SQL Server databases, data warehouse structures, OLAP cubes, and SSRS reporting processes, while also designing and implementing scalable solutions using Databricks and modern data engineering practices. Partner with executives and business leaders to understand business needs, translate them into practical data solutions, and prioritize work based on business value, risk, dependencies, and team capacity.
