Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline, Strong written and spoken English skills, 10 years of relevant experience in project controls, planning, cost control, reporting, or technical office functions, Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, or similar construction projects, Experience in preparation of proposals funded by international financing institutions is a must, Ability to read, understand, and analyze technical documents, contracts, specifications, schedules, and reports in English, Hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, cost control, and reporting processes, Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, Preferably knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, AutoCAD, or similar software, Familiarity with baseline schedules, progress updates, cash flow, budget, earned value, delay analysis, and project reporting is an advantage, Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills, Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines, A team-oriented and result-driven approach. Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for: Supporting project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting activities, Preparing, reviewing, and updating project schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and management reports, Monitoring project progress against the approved baseline schedule and budget, Assisting in the preparation of delay analysis, extension of time assessments, variation/change records, and claims-related documentation, Coordinating with project teams, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives, Reviewing project data received from site teams and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely reporting, Supporting tender and proposal preparation processes when required, Preparing technical and management-level reports, presentations, and correspondence in English and Turkish, Providing project controls support to ongoing and prospective projects from the head office.
