Lead and coach continuous improvement and performance culture initiatives (PDCA, Kaizen, SMED, Lean Six Sigma), including training needs assessment, competency development, and cost reduction/productivity/quality improvements. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
