Act as a key integrator across hospitals, ambulatory sites, service lines, employed and aligned independent physicians, and system infrastructure; Work in close partnership with nursing, service line leadership, value-based care, analytics, finance, and operations to ensure quality is not an "extracurricular department," but a core enabler of clinical and business goals. Lead quality-driven efforts in clinical stewardship, unburdening the system of care, and reducing unnecessary cost and complexity; Build system capacity in improvement science, implementation science, complexity science, and care model development.
