The ideal candidate will have: • Bilingual in Spanish & English, strongly preferred • 2 years of inside sales or customer-facing Business-to-Business (B2B) sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a quota-bearing role • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g., Salesforce, social selling tools, e.g., LinkedIn, and virtual platforms, e.g., Zoom, Teams • Proven ability in problem-solving, negotiation, and consultative selling to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and successfully close deals • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelors degree is preferred.
