<h5>Assistant Administrative </h5>Location: Los Angeles, CA, US, 90045-5830 Req ID: 58078 Category: Administration Position Summary: The Assistant Administrative is a member of an office support team responsible for providing administrative and material support to Pilots. The Assistant hasface-to-face and electronic mail interaction with the Pilot population and other JetBlue support offices. Essential Responsibilities: <ul><li>Pilot leave of absence and On the Job Injury (OJI) coordinator </li><li>Administratively responsible for maintaining Pilot dependability and performance documentation, as well as managing the associated Crewmember electronic files </li><li>Assist in coordination of changes to pilot schedules, qualifications, pay, and dependability </li><li>Processes expense reports for Pilots </li><li>Administers parking program </li><li>Distributes mail and email notifications to Pilots </li><li>Creates informational items for updates, newsletters, and emails </li><li>Interfaces with different departments in support of Pilot requirements or needs </li><li>Prioritizes, assigns, and tracks work requests to different departments in support of Pilot requirements </li><li>Plans and sets up meetings and events/functions for Pilots and Supervisory Crew </li><li>Orders office materials and pilot supplies </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul>Minimum Experience and Qualifications: <ul><li>High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma </li><li>One (1) year of administrative support experience </li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Outlook </li><li>Demonstrating time and organizational management skills when dealing with constant time sensitive requests </li><li>Experience organizing/coordinating projects while providing exceptional customer service </li><li>Able to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner </li><li>Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to the daily needs of the operation </li><li>Available for occasional overnight travel (10%) </li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test </li><li>Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located </li><li>Authorization to work in the US is required. (Sedentary) Compensation: The base pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $35.00 per hour. Base pay is one component of JetBlue's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, crewmember stock purchase plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, free space available travel on JetBlue, and more.
