Step up as Charge Nurse to orchestrate patient flow – receive EMS pre-arrival reports, coordinate with triage for walk-ins, partner with House Supervisor on admissions, and lead the ward clerk, providers, ED techs, RNs, and crisis evaluators. This includes observing, collecting data, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients' physical, psychological, emotional, educational, and spiritual needs via individualized plans.
