This role drives cross-product alignment, roadmap orchestration, and interoperability across Intrado’s NG911 ecosystem (including NG Nexus, ESInet/A911, VSuite/DALI, ERS, and VIPER/Command Center) so the portfolio works as an integrated solution across Business Lines from originating service providers (OSPs) through ESInets to PSAPs and Enterprises alike. Partner with customers, 911 Authorities, PSAPs, ESInet providers, OSPs, and integrators to understand end-to-end solution needs and real-world implementation constraints—spanning NG911 Delivery Points, SIP profiles, certificates, SBC behavior, network interconnect, and coexistence across legacy, Phase 1 (SIP), and Phase 2 (i3) deployment states.
