Coordinates patient flow to various departments in the office or building (castroom, xray, MRI, CT, Hanger Clinic, UPL etc.) Works closely and maintains good communication with patient care to address patient scheduling issues along with pod and provider needs. Proficient in utilizing EPIC EMR for scheduling and ensures that patients have been given necessary paperwork (prescriptions, orders for physical therapy, DME, out of work/school/gym notes, AVS etc.) at check out.
