Lead and train stock associates, ensuring team efficiency and accuracy in handling merchandise • Receive, inspect, and transfer merchandise with precision and attention to detail • Oversee inventory management, including stocking replenishment and organization of merchandise • Maintain clear communication with store leadership regarding inventory levels, product availability, and restocking needs • Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed on the sales floor, maintaining full size and color representation • Keep the stockroom and sales floor organized, ensuring shelves, racks, and displays are neat, labeled, and visually appealing • Assist customers and team members in locating merchandise, demonstrating product knowledge and excellent customer service • Utilize inventory management and POS systems to track stock levels, process transfers, and maintain inventory accuracy • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, markdowns, or pricing errors in coordination with store leadership • Enforce safety and loss prevention protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies • Support overall store operations, visual merchandising, and floor presentation • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
