Support and continuously improve the ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS) • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and customers, to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive ongoing quality improvements • Partner with manufacturing teams to address in-house quality concerns, review nonconforming products, and recommend appropriate dispositions • Investigate and resolve customer-facing quality issues using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys); prepare and facilitate both customer and internal corrective actions • Assess product impact in the event of calibration or test equipment failures • Provide comprehensive metrics and technical reports to management on internal quality performance; track and report significant nonconformances and recommend corrective actions • Develop and deliver regular training sessions for inspection and manufacturing staff on quality topics, fostering a culture of quality ownership at every level • Maintain effective communication and collaborative working relationships across departments and the organization; uphold professional competence and knowledge to ensure high-quality performance of all assigned duties.
