Bachelor's degree in technology, operations management, engineering, or a related field; or 5+ years of experience operating or managing a fertilizer terminal, plant or similar industrial operation, including leadership experience in material operations and maintenance, will be considered in lieu of a degree. Working closely with supply chain, logistics, maintenance, customer service, sales, and commercial teams, you will help drive operational performance, develop talent, and serve as a key point of coordination for the facility's day-to-day operations.
