1-3 years of overall work experience with growing levels of responsibility • 1+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity or corporate strategy at a leading enterprise software company • Undergraduate degree from a business school • Strong focus on enterprise software / SaaS preferred • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships • Can deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
