Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%). This is a part-time night shift Staff RN position with rotating holidays and weekends, primary location will be Shelby ED with possible rotation to Ashland, Mansfield, and Ontario based on staffing and patient needs.
