Experience with payroll for Canada and United States, and ideally also Mexico and Dominican Republic is preferred.</li><li>Previous exposure in delivering payroll implementation and transformation programs. </li><li>Extensive Time and Attendance knowledge.</li><li>Excellent Understanding of HR/Payroll policies, procedures and relevant legislation.</li><li>Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, with proficiency across the Microsoft suite. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High level of customer service skills.</li><li>Bilingual English and Spanish, preferred.</li><li>Experience with “ADP – Pay at Work” and “EZ Labor Manager”, as well as “Dayforce”, preferred.<br/>
