Coordinate shipment and delivery status with suppliers, logistics, material yards, and field contacts as required by established communication plans or Purchasing leadership; track Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), shipping documentation, Proof of Delivery (POD), receipt verification, shortages, damages, returns, and related follow-up. This developing role works closely with suppliers, Buyers, engineering, quality, logistics, project management, construction, and field teams to keep material commitments visible, accurate, and aligned with project need dates.
