Develop, maintain, and enhance complex CAM reconciliation models and templates for commercial real estate and mixed-use properties; review lease provisions, expense allocations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to ensure accurate recoveries, compliance with lease terms, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Experience with commercial real estate lease administration, CAM reconciliations, rent roll management, and lease accounting preferred.
