The position partners closely with Product Engineering, Signal Integrity, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Engineering, site teams, and strategic customers to ensure test capability supports product performance, accelerated launch, manufacturing readiness, quality, capacity, and long-term production support. The Manager of Test Development Engineering leads test development execution for assigned Cable Backplane Systems (CBS) programs and teams, accountable for developing, validating, deploying, and sustaining scalable, production-ready test solutions across new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing.
