Tasks include but is not exclusive to installing rollers, belt tensioning, aligning small motors, changing bearings, use of all hand tools properly, knowing basic thread and bolt sizes, knowing how to select oils, experience with pneumatics, experiences with hydraulic circuits, learn vibration analysis, and be capable of creating and communicating ideas to make the equipment less prone to breakdown. Must exhibit a strong aptitude for the understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, bearing installations, gearboxes, belts tensioning & pulley selection, chains & sprockets, bolt sizes, proper use of all common hand tools motor alignments, oil analysis, and vibration analysis.
