Rather than owning a single vendor relationship in isolation, you will operate across systems, tools, and vendor partners to build repeatable workflows, introduce automation and LLM-based tooling where it drives efficiency, and establish the reporting and communication rhythms that keep senior leadership informed. Serve as a connective layer across vendor operations, tooling, and cross-functional partners (Global Scaled Operations, Moderation, Customer Support, Legal, Finance, and Engineering), ensuring changes are coordinated and scaled rather than solved one-off.
