This is a hands-on, in-market role: roughly 75% of your time is spent in the field—scoping homes, performing QCs, and leading training and audits—with the remaining 25% behind a desk on reporting, coordination, and admin work. Strong working knowledge of residential construction practices, renovation, and repair; able to independently assess conditions, develop or challenge scopes, and evaluate workmanship.
