The successful candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, sound judgment, process improvement expertise, and the ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder network while supporting meaningful community impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, this position provides operational management, accountability, and administrative leadership across the full grant lifecycle, from initial inquiry and application review through approval, payment, reporting, and closeout.
