strong cross-functional partnerships with Product, UX, Engineering, and Business teams and communicating complex analytical findings (including machine learning insights, experiment results, user behavior metrics, and product performance analyses) in a clear, actionable manner to drive data-informed decision-making and foster a collaborative, data-driven culture; 3 years of professional experience leveraging data analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning techniques to meaningfully impact product strategy, roadmap decisions, and execution by designing metrics, conducting A/B tests, developing automated reporting, analyzing customer behavior, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall product performance; and 3 years of professional experience researching, adopting, and applying new analytical tools, machine learning methodologies, experimentation frameworks, and data visualization technologies to improve the scalability, efficiency, and quality of analytics work, enabling more robust insights, deeper product understanding, and enhanced support for product ideation and feature optimization. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field, plus 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, Database Administrators, or any occupation, job title, position working with product analytics techniques, machine learning, statistics, and experimental design.
