This position assists customers with parts and accessory needs, processes sales transactions, answers incoming calls, supports inventory control, and maintains an organized and efficient parts counter. The Counter Parts Associate is expected to provide a consistently positive customer experience while demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, product knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.
