The team partners across Store Operations, Merchandising, Finance, Loss Prevention, OMNI, and Engineering to deliver technology solutions that improve associate productivity, enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and support critical retail business processes. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, managing roadmaps and backlogs, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that improve store operations, associate workflows, customer experiences, and business process execution.
