Provide shortnotice coverage for employee callouts or staffing shortages across the Binghamton and surrounding locations (up to 12 stores) • Travel to different store locations within the region as directed, based on operational need • Maintain availability and responsiveness consistent with schedule expectations and business requirements • Collaborate with store supervisors and regional leadership to ensure continuity of operations Team & Professional Expectations. • Hourly, nonexempt position • Higher rate of pay reflects expanded regional coverage responsibilities and flexibility • Hours and schedules vary based on business needs; availability does not guarantee specific hours • Overtime paid in accordance with applicable state and federal law .
