Qualifications: + Ability to identify existing voice/data plant, electric, and other utilities on the site plans as well as in the field + Ability to indicate existing voice/data v plant location and relocate facilities and knowledge of obtaining right of ways and easements where required + Knowledge of obtaining right of ways and easements where required + Must be capable of engineering routine and specific COE/OSP work orders, including more complex projects such as road moves, etc. Performs duties such as collecting field data, preparing/organizing permit packages for submittal to the appropriate entities, maintaining complex files, keeping records, searching, and investigating information contained in files, processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations, posting records including accounting and continuing property records, typing correspondence and reports from rough drafts, and assisting engineers as requested.
