By leveraging healthcare marketplace expertise, a high level of business acumen, and strong cross-functional relationships within Takeda, DSAs are responsible for C&D suite stakeholder engagement with the following objectives: + Strategize with Takeda's leadership in evolving business objectives + Align with brand strategies to ensure coordinated approach + Develop and execute account-level business plans based on Takeda's commercial goals + Execute B2B contract initiatives + Improve access to Takeda's products in defined accounts + Focus on the best interests of patients that we serve The role operates in a cross functional environment and serves as a critical connector to Takeda leadership across field sales, field medical, patient services, market access, contracts and pricing, operations, and marketing.
