This role involves collaboration with cross-functional team across global sites, including product line inside - design engineers, firmware engineers, validation and test team, system and marketing team, also with sales & application team on customer project smooth execution to production, and training FAEs on products basic knowledges and how to sell/use. This involves answering questions and helping debug customer issues via email, forum, calls, and on-site visits, reviewing customer schematics and board layouts, attempting to duplicate customer system behavior within TI for better debug, drive collaboration with cross-function team to seek for solution/workaround.
