ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise students during breakfast, recess and/or lunch periods on the school ground, ensuring a safe, orderly, and inclusive environment by monitoring school behavior, enforcing school policies, resolving conflicts, and responding promptly to safety concerns and emergencies. Supervise students using Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) strategies to promote positive behavior, reinforce expectations, and foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with unique and neurodivergent needs.
