The Nurse Manager will provide direct oversight of daily operations, staffing, quality outcomes, patient experience, and colleague engagement while driving initiatives focused on throughput optimization, reduction of Emergency Department and inpatient length of stay, and efficient utilization of hospital resources. Collaborate with Emergency Department, Hospitalist, Case Management, Utilization Management, Nursing Operations, and inpatient leadership teams to optimize patient throughput and care transitions.
