Duty or Responsibility Provide medication administration or delegation of this task to a UAP (CMA, RMA, medication aide, med tech), physical health assessment/ screening, communicates with MD/ NP/PA for orders, obtains samples, may provide individual, group and family education related to medications or physical health processes and subsequent paperwork. Maintain patient confidence and protects medical office/unit operations by keeping information confidential;cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
