The Commercial Construction Estimator is responsible for developing cost estimates on assigned commercial construction projects, primarily special projects and facility maintenance, as required/requested by clients' documents and Sales Lead. Physical Demands: In this role, the employee will frequently sit or stand, use a computer with a mouse and keyboard, view and focus on screens and blueprints, occasionally traverse uneven surfaces, climb stairs, stoop, reach, and carry or lift up to 50lbs.
